Baggage v 1.01 inserts baggage sections into or extracts or deletes them from WinHelp files. Baggage is a DOS based program. The package includes a Program Information File to ease the use under Windows control. Changes since bagg100: Can truncate appendixes. Lists size of baggage subfiles.
